1 Bedroom Studio in a Supurb Area of Cardiff

Property was in an okay location apart from that nothing

It was dirty, the bed was full of hair and dead skin , no towels or hot water place was a really mess

Space heater did not work, room was freezing.

They had a bed.

We arrived and nothing seemed off, but when we got into the room we realised much had been missed. The oven did not heat up and the fridge was not plugged in or did just not work. The boiler was broken and didn’t even have a light to say it was working or on and no hot water ran through the taps. Moving to the bathroom there were no towels, not one throughout the room or in any cupboard. There also was no toilet roll , unsure if that’s due to the toilet roll handle being completely broken off the wall leaving a hole. Thought this was weird with toilet roll being specifically mentioned on the room amenities. The clock pictured is missing the diles and only has the numbers on the wall. And the clothing rail is nowhere to be seen. Other than hooks on the back of the door. Wifi signal is weak and didn’t connect until we tried again at 10pm. Over all it was underwhelming, nothing like the pictures anymore seems as if some kids stayed there and ruined it but nothings been done to fix the situation.

It was filthy, marks on carpet holes in walls, paper hanging off the ceiling, sink had a hole leading to the pipe no sink plug, toilet was dirty, towels had marks on them windows frame was mouldy, curtain nets were grumpy, the whole place was just not in a fit state to let people stay

Nothing.

Worse place by far. Dirty,broken sink,windows no heating no towels or towel roll. Hole in the ceiling. Got a refund easily but still disappointing.

Location advertised as superb approx 40 minutes walk from centre on a busy junction making sleeping difficult. On arrival needed toilet & to get washed up . No toilet paper , no light in bathroom & no towels. . No tea or coffee . Fridge defrosted with water on floor .

The location was great.

The actual flat looked nothing like the picture. We were given 1 towel between us. There was a summer duvet on the bed. It was freezing. I asked for more bedding and an extra towel and my message was ignored. The whole place looked really grubby and unkempt. It was a real shame and it made us very uncomfortable that the front door was always open and not locked. It doesnt make you feel safe and added to our coldness. The heating didnt work in the room but a portable heater was provided which sort of warmed the room up.
