Cozy hotel, room with sauna was really good experience.

Very disappointing experience. Not worth the price at all. From the very beginning, the staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Upon arrival, we were intentionally given a room of a lower category than the one we had booked. Only after we expressed our dissatisfaction was the room changed to the correct level. The hotel charges extra for literally everything, without transparency. For example, simply entering the spa and lying on a sunbed costs 45€, and this is not clearly communicated in advance. Instead, the charge is quietly added to your room bill — without any signature or confirmation from the guest. Even more shocking: the hotel charged our credit card for additional expenses at 2 a.m., one day before checkout, again without waiting for any signature or approval. I have never experienced anything like this in any hotel worldwide. There is also a 20€ service fee just to bring in-room dining to your room. It honestly feels like the hotel is desperately trying to make money on every tiny detail. The service is absolutely not client-oriented, and the overall experience does not justify a price of 700€+ per day — especially considering that check-in is strictly at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This was a big mistake, and I will never stay at this hotel again.

Ruoka ei vastannut 5 tähden tasoa. Lämpimät ruoat olivat haaleita Ja mauttomia. Vaimoni ja minä olemme yli 60 v Silti meidät sijoitettiin lähes tyhjässä ravintolassa viereiseen pöytään jossa oli 4 aikuista ja 4 pientä äänekästä lasta. The food was not up to 5 star standards. The hot dishes were lukewarm. And Tasteless My wife and I are over 60 Yet we were placed in a nearly empty restaurant at a table next to 4 adults and 4 small, noisy children.

The hotel has recently been refurbished and it shows in all areas. Our room was immaculate especially the bathroom and had ample room for a wheelchair to comfortably manoeuvre around,this is also the case around the rest of the hotel.
