Limpeza do apartamento deixou a desejar. Além da manutenção: nos tivemos que arrumar o suporte do chuveiro para conseguir usar.

Posizione eccellente. Appartamento pulito e in ordine. Spazi abbondanti e mobili nuovi

Alcuni dettagli potevano essere curati meglio, come il fissaggio del soffione della doccia. Ma è un dettaglio .

The apartment is situated in a pleasant and tranquil neighbourhood, within walking distance of supermarkets, cafés and the centre of Madrid. The location is, with no doubt, the best thing about the place.

The apartment was found to be in a state of uncleanliness, with dust accumulating on the floor, stained bed sheets and dirty kitchen utensils. Besides that, the walls are extremely thin, which results in a sense of lack of privacy and the audibility of noise from adjacent apartments and the hallway.

Rápido

The staff answered all my questions before the booking, which made me feel assured. They also sent helpful reminders. However, receiving messages from multiple WhatsApp numbers was a bit confusing.

The property is close to major tourist spots, which was very convenient. The bed-making was good, and the TV was large. However, the cleaning wasn’t great. There was water left in the kettle, soap bubbles in the sink, and fingerprints on the shelves. Some amenities were also disappointing—the coffee table had a dent, and all the frying pans were rusted. I asked for replacements, but none were provided during my three-night stay. The windows are large, but without screens, insects came in when I tried to ventilate the room. The shower heater plug was also disconnected, so I couldn’t use hot water for half a day.

Poco o nada. Sólo la ubicación.

TERRIBLE. Apesta a tabaco todo el apartamento, un olor ya rancio que hasta pican los ojos. Moho en el baño, polvo hasta en las perchas, chicles pegados en la mesilla… Un charco en la cocina y el fregadero atascado, TODO sucio. No fui capaz de localizar al alojamiento hasta las 4pm, una hora después del check in. Y además, hay una piloto de luz roja muy sospechosa en el espejo del baño.

La ubicaciin

Era un búnker. El dormitorio era en un pozo. Ni una ventana tiene. La ventana del living está rota, es la n peligro, cualquiera entra por el fondo.
