"Great"

The whole process was super easy. We arrived at night and couldn’t remember our apt number and with a quick call, all was good

Honestly didn’t spend much time because of appts at Mayo. We were really comfy the short amount of time we were at the apt

The apartment is furnished very nicely, we felt very safe staying here, 10 minute walk to Mayo, elevator is a plus, nice view from balcony from 4th floor, just a very enjoyable and comfortable place to stay.

"Very good"

Excellent location and spacious apartment. Has all the utilities and equipment that you would need. Good wifi. TV with channels and Netflix. No noise. Very close to the Mayo Clinic. Located between St. Mary Hospital and the Gonda building.

Location and well stocked with everything one needs for an extended stay.

The parking spot was extremely difficult to get in and out of. However, the underground parking was nice.
