Der Preis der Wohnung ist günstig. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut und ruhig. Die Rollläden sind gerade bei sehr warmem Wetter nützlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (5-10 Minuten) sowie der Bahnhof (10 Minuten) befinden sich in der Nähe und sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für Ausflüge nach Lissabon und Cascais optimal. Strand in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung modern und hell eingerichtet.

Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung erfüllte unsere Erwartungen nicht. Der Boden sowie die Toilette und die Küche waren nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Staubsauger und Wischmopp waren zwar vorhanden, aber der Staubsauger musste gereinigt werden, bevor dieser zumindest ansatzweise funktionierte. Wischmopp konnte aus hygienischen Gründen nicht verwendet werden. Die Betten und Handtücher wurden nicht für die angegebene Anzahl an Personen vorbereitet. Die Mängel wurden während des Aufenthalts angesprochen und nicht behoben, obwohl der Vermieter Nachbesserung angeboten hat.

"New clean Apartment"

Freshly renovated apartment. Very clean, spacious, modern and well equipped. Recommended stay.

Check in did not happen as arranged, communication around check in was poor as we didn't use Whatsapp, this is not acceptable. However, keys were dropped with us later at our convenience.
