Brand New Listing - The Honey Pot in Stanton

How spacious and cozy the place was; the service on the owners behalf was amazing, having the log burner & hot tub ready on our arrival as well as offering us an earlier check in. Also sending across plenty of information on what roads to take as some could be dangerous to take due to the weather; it was easy enough to find the property.

Roads are a bit rough driving to and from the property but that’s to be expected of course.

Beautiful views, private rear garden with lovely hot tub. The ducks were a bonus. Well equipped accommodation very comfortable bed. A very nice welcome pack provided including bread and milk. 😊

The sofa wasn't as comfortable as we would have liked.

The whole stay was exceptional, cosy with the fire and hot tub as luxuries. Bed and shower were out of this world. :-)

The accommodation was absolutely spotless, location was quiet and private, and the views where amazing. Host was friendly and very helpful.

The fireplace, the welcome gifts, the under-tile heating, cosy sofa, hottub! Everything!

Not a big issues, but little headroom around the bed.

I booked the Honey Pot months ago for my birthday weekend in October (during Storm Babet it turned out!). Cosy, good location (quite remote but 5/10 min drive to an Aldi, petrol station and M&S foodhall), clean, parking on site, lovely little welcome package of prosecco, bread and butter (chickens were on strike we were told so no eggs 🤣). Perfect for a weekend getaway, friendly locals and good communication with Lydia 😊 Kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances and cookware you could need for 2 people. Log burner really warmed the place up quickly too

Nothing really - there is no walkable shop or pub so make sure you drive to get everything you need before you cosy up and crack open a drink. It would be nice to have a canopy over the hot tub during winter as it rained on us 🤣 but absolutely no complaints it was perfect 😊
