The fact that there was no heating or hot water and with having a young baby with us. Landlord wasn't very helpful he promised a refund but now returned home and he is not responding to my email not a good experience at all.

There's nothing to like.

Upon arrival, we noticed the kitchen was flooded. We couldn't ascertain where the flooding was coming from. We booked another accommodation for the duration of our stay because of the health hazard .Further inspection revealed there was mould in multiple places. Namely, the bedrooms. The walls were damp and the paint peeling. The lock at the bottom of the door was jammed because it had been painted over. Clearly, this place was hastily made up to secure a quick buck. We provided photographic evidence when prompted. But the owner ghosted us. Customer service promised our refund multiple times and said it would be issued once the owner had responded to her email, but he clearly doesn't feel inclined to do so. Please don't stay here. Keep your money.
