PHVery good location, right by the SM Mall of Asia complex and very convenient for shopping and dining. The room though not spacious but it has balcony with pool view, complete with a kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, split type air conditioned, electric fan and washing machine. The room is in the 15th floor so we have better views and quieter stay.
The host is not responsive to inquiry even we already paid for the room. They only response to our inquiry a day before our stay. The electric fan blades were covered with dirt and appeared to have not been cleaned for months.
PHPHThe unit was convenient, but the cleanliness could be improved. There was a foul smell upon entering and the CR wasn’t properly cleaned.

PHI didn't even checked in because the host can't be reached and didn't leave any instructions upon check in. We were asked at the reception to contact the host for instructions which the host failed to give even if the booking was made way ahead of check in date. I asked for a refund but i guess it wasn't granted. I even have to find and booked another room from airbnb on the spot because we're running late and didn't have time to wait for the host' reply.
ITITHo soggiornato presso Shore1 Residences Tower D, situato molto vicino al Mall of Asia, e posso dire che la posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti forti, ideale per chi vuole essere vicino a centri commerciali e attrazioni della zona. L’appartamento era pulito e dotato dei comfort essenziali come aria condizionata, WiFi e smart TV. Tuttavia, gli spazi sono piuttosto piccoli e questo può risultare un po’ stretto, specialmente per soggiorni prolungati o famiglie più grandi. Il personale alla reception è generalmente gentile, ma ho notato qualche lentezza nella risposta a richieste tecniche e di manutenzione, e la gestione degli impianti a volte lascia a desiderare. La sicurezza è buona e l’ambiente tranquillo, ma alcune esperienze precedenti di altri ospiti indicano che potrebbero esserci stati problemi di discriminazione o disservizi. La piscina e le aree comuni offrono una buona opportunità di relax.
