New Premium Apartment - Free Parking & Pools

It was spacious and that's it.

There were cockroaches in both bathrooms of the apartment. I tried calling the owners, but they neglected the fact saying that these are "tiny insects". Also on our second day, out of our 4 day stay, I requested to leave a day earlier because of the cleanliness, but then the phone of the host switched off and they stopped replying to my messages as well. Although they promised to send pest control - this did not happen at all. The keys of the apartment did not allow opening the door, besides using the virtual keys provided. The parking space is very very small and should also be taken into consideration. There is plenty of free space outside of the building so this can be promoted instead (for free of course). Cooking pan is in bad condition too, not very healthy for cooking in it. The total cost of the apartment is too huge, having in mind that it has not been renovated for quite some time. Tiles are broken in the corridor and bathrooms, cockroaches coming out of those. Definitely would NOT recommend this place and would not come back.

Comfort of the apartment was excellent. Nicely decorated and almost everything you could wish for incl. great air conditioning and good wifi. And very good instructions (text messages from owner and YouTube video) for entering the building and apartment without staff.

A bit few pans (2) for a family of 4 if you want to cook at home and no cutting board, but cutting on the plates is also possible. Parking lot was disappointing and very difficult to get in with our car Hyundai Traject. Parking lot is small and on the wall side. Would have been nice to know the dimensions of the parking lot in advance.

Just 5 minutes drive to Sevilla. Big appartment in quiet neighborhood/town. Nice city centre with some restaurants.

Bathrooms a bit dated, but acceptable for this price, and al functional. The kitchen faucet (keukenkraan) was loose/broken, needs to be fixed asap! Also when running hot water the boiler makes noice when used, but not a major issue. For the owner: I received your messages through email. But not in the Booking chat. There was no chat possible for this booking. So I could not respond. However the instructions with codes the get in the appartment where clear, so all good.
