"We had a great time"

Location of property was wonderful. Rooms were very nice. Had a balcony to the street. Bathrooms had heated floors and marble all over the bath rooms. Everything was really great

"Excellent!"

We loved it! Spacious, comfortable beds, great location and has Parking. Easy communication, super accommodating (we were able to leave the car and suitcases before check in time). I recommend it 100%.

It was a little confusing to go from the Parking to the apartment, but maybe we didn’t follow the instructions so properly.

"Great place!"

Spacious, light and comfortable appartement. Quiet neighbourhood. Overlooking a park.Close to the tram station, and Plaza de Espana. The free parking in the basement was one of the reasons we booked.A washing machine and dishwasher was available and the former very welcome.The kitchen was well equipped. Karina was always available, friendly and helpful.

"Aware of the app"

Relatively close to the center, 15-20 minutes walk. Spacious and clean. Narrow parking in the same building.

Big bed not very comfortable. We didn't use the bunk beds which are for sure not for adults. Doors opens only with an app! Using our data for free. It's disgusting. They gave us a key for the street door. So why not a key for the flat?

VERY clean and fully equipped property, spacious, great location, and fast communications.

You won't be able to check in or park or open the door without being connected to the Internet. All communications are done through whatapp not by email. This was the most difficult part of staying at this property. We also didn't receive the door code which we didn't know (my whatapp was not active for a few hours) so it was a surprise to find out we couldn't open the door after midnight getting home. The staff was working late a night and we solved the issue within a half hour.
