Blossom Holiday Lets - 94 Roseberry Cottages

Property had everything we needed. Carparking directly outside the property was scarce, but there is a carpark about 50metres up the road where we always managed to get a park on an evening (free at night but you can't park there during the day without paying). Amenities are close by - fish n chippy about 4 doors away, cafes and restaurants 1-2 min walk, supermarket 5 min walk, bus stops nearby. Highly recommend stopping in at the Guisborough Priory for a picnic lunch/visit - gorgeous spot on a sunny day. Owners were superb to deal with - helpful, easily contactable, everything prepared for our arrival. Gorgeous one bed apartment - perfect for a couple. Everything has been thought of by the owners. Awesome proprety to stay at.

It wasn't a problem for us, however, the staircase up to the bedroom/bathroom is a little steep which might be tricky for people with mobility issues. But it was not a problem for us at all.

Was very private, own facilities

Garden was shared which was a bit difficult with a dog. The bed also felt very unstable

Very cosy, well equipped and close to all amnesties.

Struggled a little with parking.

Property was very clean and everything we required was in the property Well fitted out, finished to a high standard.

Timber bed was noisy when moving around, but this was not a big issue, property was absolutely fine for our stay in Guisborough. This is no way a complaint!

Clean and comfortable. Good location.

There is nothing to dislike. However, kitchen lacking in sufficient cutlery... example.. only 2 forks. There was no bathmat, and towels had to be used to avoid slipping on the floor. In reply to the letting agency....our emails were not received or actioned, despite using 'send a reply'.

The house was very modern and had a very good feeling about it.I will definitely like to book it again.

Would have been nice to have a tv in bedroom missed watching the news on waking

House was clean, minimally but adequately furnished- everything needed was there. We were in the area to visit relatives and it all worked well for us

As mentioned by other reviewers, stairs are steep and could be difficult for anyone with any infirmity. A shower mat would be useful.
