The location is great. It’s very clean and the owner is very helpful.

The kitchenware is not comprehensive but is good enough for simple cooking.

Everything was clean and modern. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable and warm. Great communication with owners

There were no bin liners so emptying the bin was yuk. Only 2 towels for 4 of us for 3 nights but quickly remedied when I contacted landlord. Work bench in kitchen needs replacing but, as the rest of the house is modern I’m sure this will be on their list of things to do.

it was convenient for the purpose of the weekend. We enjoyed the stay even though we were not there much - only to sleep. there are some things that could have been better. i hope you take note and are able to change a few small things for others.

Some of the this could have been on me - i possibly did not read all the info available on the booking page / site. The location was difficult to find at night. if there was an email that could have been sent explaining the landmarks (fence) and that it was down a lane and first house on the right - that would have saved me wondering. The AC heat was great - but very noisy. It needs repair or replace. A small amount of milk and some tea bags would have been awesome as we arrived 9pm. If the kitchen benches could be updated this would have been awesome. We did enjoy our stay and we were comfortable. These are just a few small things we noticed that could improve the stay for travellers.

I'm not sure cos it was 2 two of my staff who stayed in your accommodation. I received no complaints about anything so i presume it was all good.

Upfront, I would like to thank the host, Mark, for the opportunity to use his property during our stay as we went there for a close family funeral so, thank you Marks. However, I think that it pays for the host (or anyone reliable on behalf of the host) to check us in the property, and to show us everything in the house so that him (host) and us has a mutual understanding of what is in the house etc... Then when we checked out the host should come again to see how we left the house. So, that we know that we have everything fine and left the property the way that we found it. This was not what happened at the time. Every communication was via a phone and when we left the keys in the box when we checked out, a day later the host rang saying that we left the place in a big mess and that the house was used after we left. He asked whether anyone else has known about the code of the door etc...After all the cleaning, tidying up and making sure that we left the place the way that it was when we check in and the code was safe with me. We were asked to pay for compensation. I think there was lack of communication between the host and us. After a few negotiations about the payments, we ended up paying the host extra hundreds of dollars just because of this. This could be avoided if we communicated well. I made a few suggestions to Mark as a way forward from the experience that we had at his property. I hope that he took it on and that future people who will come and stay in his property do not face the same problems as we ourselves experienced. My advice to those who will use AirBnB houses in the future to make sure that you meet your host and go through what is in the house with the host when you check in. Do the same when you checked out to make sure that the host and you are happy when you parted. This would avoid miscommunications and might save you paying unfairly for money that you were not budgeted for in your travel. Once again thank you. Kind Regards

"Great little unit"

Warm and comfortable. Comfy beds. Great location. Great hosts, very helpful.

It would be nice to have better teas coffee, and milk.
