Perfect location and the hot tub!

Beautiful Lodge with everything we needed. It was so lovely to see all of the animals across the fence. The beds were very comfy. Hot tub was also great! Perfect for a peaceful break away! Location was ideal, as only a short drive to beaches and Arundel. The prosecco and milk on arrival were also a lovely welcoming touch!

Only one slight suggestion is maybe one extra chair for movie watching, due to the position of the tv/sofa but this is a minor issue.

Everything! Was just lovely. We had such a wonderful weekend, we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped - freezer tiny but only needed it for ice. Comfy beds, wonderful hot tub. The animals - the donkey’s are very sociable and will come say hello when they see you out.

Only thing we thought that could be tweaked was the seating. There was 5 of us and only a 3 seater sofa and a little chair. So not enough seating to chill out together. But we understood the area was small and not much choice of the possibility of adding any extra. But there may be a solution 😄

The hot tub was a little unclean . Dirt on seats in water and scum round the edges of the water

Mattress on the bed wasn't to our liking we prefer a firm sprung mattress rather than softer memory foam mattress but this might be just our liking !!!!! A couple of minor maintenance issue I noticed where the tap on the kitchen sink needs an Allen key tightening to stop the tap handle falling off !!!! The shower tray was poorly fitted as it held a lot of water on the front edge of the shower rather than draining to the back as it should !!!!! I also believe the toilet seat is incorrectly fitted as the seat part won't stay up when using it but if the seat hinges were swapped over I believe this would correct this issue and the seat would also fit to the front of the pan!!!!!! These are minor issues but for a 5 star suit should be like that in my opinion 🤔
