Live in a stylish home in the center of Oslo

The apartment was spacious and generally found it welcoming, fresh and clean. Comfortable bed too. The area is close to the centre and we found it well placed for access to main attractions.

Did not get access instructions until the day of travel, prefer to have at least 24 hours in advance. The kitchen was not all that well equipped for preparing meals in. There was no microwave or coffee maker or iron supplied but did have a steam oven but no usage instructions for any electrical appliances including TV, had to ask how to use it and was an advised to google it.! Would have liked to had a visitors info pack with this stuff in it. There were no coat hangers in the wardrobe so could not hang anything up, asked for some and owner replied but they never arrived. Washing machine in bathroom was full of wet laundry. Shower tray groove could do with a clean. No light bulb in bedside lamp and one in bathroom vanity needed replacing. Also no plug in bathroom sink. None of the above detracted from the stay but having stayed in comparable apartments, I would have expected to see these things, it makes you feel more welcome.

Comfortable bed.

Was very dirty . Bad smell. It looked like apartment wasnt cleaned for a long time. A lot dust, floor full of hairs and dirt . Towels was wet , very old, must to be changed to the new ones, i didnt want to use them . Also neighbourhood was bad , didnt feel safe.
