Excellent location for beach, walks and restaurants and great to also have leisure facilities on site. We were able to use the facilities most days by booking in advance. Enjoyed sitting and watching the sea and the beach from our balcony and our apartment had all we needed and was very clean and tidy.

"Great holidays in North Devon - rain or shine."

Great location, only a short walk to the beach and various restaurants, as well as coastal walks. Easy spot for daily excursions by car as a family. The appartment had a view of the beach and sunset, and we made everyday use of the swimming pool, which our 5 year old enjoyed. We would love to come back one day.

The appartment needs a few small fixes and communication with the property manager could have been better.

This apartment is excellent. It is very modern and incredibly clean. It also felt much bigger than the photos suggested. The same applies to the balcony and sea view which were also much more impressive than we anticipated based on the photos. It had everything that we could possibly need for our stay including a high chair and travel cot for our toddler. The leisure facilities were really good, and we used the swimming pool every day. You have to book a time slot online which was very easy and ensured that the pool wasnt too crowded. Location is excellent, directly opposite all the shops and restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach.
