Our third stay at Ariel Dunes 1. We enjoy the spacious pools and easy walk to the beach.

The extra space on the balcony was nice but e did have an issue with some kids from several floors up dropping some items to our balcony. Water, candy,gum, toothpicks. Security took care of the issue.

Very nice and clean. The view was good. The beach access was what we expected.

We couldn’t contact anyone for more amenities like TP, shampoo, etc. you got what was left and it wasn’t very much.

The location was great! Easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The two bedroom and two bath worked out great for us. I really appreciated having the beach cart to help get our stuff to the beach each day! Enjoyed looking at the ocean each morning! The previous guest to us did not follow the non smoking rule and the owner was great with working with us to make sure the facility was cleaned and we were happy with the unfortunate bad previous guest leaving us a not so good smelling condo. But she was great and I really appreciated her working with me to ensure our stay was wonderful!

the non heated pools couldn't be used, just too cold.

The overall property was ok. The staff were helpful. The outside was clean. There were chairs that we used for the beach.

Our room did not have a good view of the ocean. It was a long walk to the beach. Our room was not cleaned very good. And the furniture needs to be cleaned or replaced. The white towels that were provided were not white. The toilet ran if you didn’t giggle the handle. Husband fixed it after 2 days.
