comfortable stay. swimming pool, very friendly staff. had long conversations with Namdev - friendly and very sweet. good food that I had - overall not much to complain. amazingly close to thalassa, el patron and other places

Was well located

Small things were not looked into like even hand towels are not provided.extra pillows were difficult to get. Management only money conscious. Despite requesting twice + reminders & collecting tax GST invoice not provided. Food vouchers not provided.

"don’t visit if you want a clean, hassle free stay"

great location and property if only the staff backed it with good service and sensible policies

crazy unrealistic rules - hotel give only two towels, changes once in 5 days.. who does in a beach resort! no customer service attitude - don’t know why they entered this service if they don’t want to listen to customers
