Large pretty holiday cottage by the sea sleeps 10

Very large and comfortable for our party. The downstairs bathroom and bedroom worked so well for our 89 year old.

The cottage was perfect ! 8 of us stayed here from Friday to Monday , so much space , the beds were so comfortable, kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed , the cottage was spotless ! , location was perfect , so close the Heacham Beach and a short drive from Hunstanton where we saw the most amazing sunset and had the best fish and chips 😋. The host was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble . 5***** from all of us.

Great house, great location, and I would say the best equipped rental I have been in - literally everything you could need, and of good quality. There were 10 of us, and we were super well catered for in the kitchen/dining area, and lounge etc. Bedrooms all good sizes, and nice furniture/interior genrally.

The one and only slight negative, was a mattress or two could do with replacing in our opinion, in terms of appearing to slope down at the edge a bit (for example the ground floor room). Nothing else to dislike, a desirable set up, and smart home. I would love to go back.

Lovely property, clean and well decorated

The ONLY observations were the mattresses in two of the rooms (downstairs & first double on the left back along the stairway) had very hard / uncomfortable mattresses which could be resolved easily with a mattress topper we would suspect . This is if we were being really picky though - it was a lovely stay thanks

Spacious bedrooms, beautiful smelling bedding , very well equipped house, secure garden for our family dogs, outdoor seating areas with wooden chairs and cushions provided, and also a bbq. Was so convenient having a bus stop outside. The coastal bus came frequently, and within minutes, we were in the hub of Hunstanton.

Our only negative is that we wished we could have stayed for longer.

The layout of the house was fantastic! Lovely kitchen/garden and had everything you could want in a kitchen
