- Lorenz is a very friendly host and replied to all of our requests very fast - Although located outside the walls, is very well connected to bus transport and easy to move around - Appartment was very clean

- The couch-bed was not very comfortable and occupied very big space in the living room. Therefore it was a bit too narrow for 3x people to move around the apartment with the couch open - Given that the apartment has no AC, when days are very hot the temperature rises as well quite a lot and might be a challenge to rest. Nevertheless, in the evening there was some breeze that helped a bit

Finding good but reasonably priced accomodation in Siena is very hard, especially around Palio time, so we were very pleased with this find. The apartment is clean, quiet, spacious, well equipped, and includes a good balcony and free parking. Best of all, it is only a few meters from the walled city's entrance (you just have to cross the road and you are "in") and the fact that it isn't inside the walls guarantees a good night sleep. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Access is very simple.

Main bed a bit soft.

The location was great - being just outside the city walls - easy to get around by car to/from the surrounding area, and nice and quiet at night while just a brief walk to the city centre for exploring Siena and dining out in the evenings. The apartment itself was incredibly clean, fresh and well equipped, and having a private parking space was perfect. Communication from the host was excellent, with clear instructions on reaching and accessing the apartment, which made for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The host was incredibly kind and provided clear instructions on how to find the location. When we had trouble opening the locker with the key, he arrived within 5 minutes to assist us, which we greatly appreciated. The location of the property is perfect, with the added convenience of free parking. The apartment itself was very clean and well-maintained, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
