The beds were comfy and shower had good pressure

Some items needed washed before use eg cup. I was told no smoking inside or out yet all the other rooms had ashtrays outside front door, perhaps owned by other people, I respected it anyway

Very clean and tidy. Everything was advertised.

Was a bit hard to find the right place. Couldn't see a number from the street or the number for the flat. Luckily some neighbours helped us

Very clean, cosy, warm, space was perfect for us! Love the lock code on the door!!

Driveway was a bit narrow - couldn’t fit our rental van that we had booked so had to park on the road which was an Inconvenience when you have 3 young kids. Shampoo and dishwashing liquid were diluted and watery. Also, strange not being able to lock the toilet/bathroom door.

Location was great

Couch was dirty and lumpy to sit on. Hard to find d as street numbering was hidden behind a hedge.
