Central Three Bedroom Flat I Sleep Up to 9 Guests

When we arrived at the flat it was nothing like the pictures. Looking at the photos, it appears to be a completely different property so we were extremely disappointed. In addition to the false advertising with the photos, the smoke alarm was not fitted and was just covered over with a plastic bag. When I alerted the property to both of these issues they did not respond, and still have not responded, despite me sending several messages. The listing advertised toiletries being provided however there was no shower gel or shampoo provided at all, and hand soap was only provided in one bathroom. Hand towels for the bathrooms were not provided, nor was there a tea towel. The toilet in the en suite also didn’t flush properly which turned out to cause some issues. It also looked like grouting in the en suite was not completed. The main bathroom door would not close properly. All in all this was extremely disappointing given that we paid through the nose. For the price we paid we expected everything to be amazing and for the property to be very responsive to messages. In the end we stopped messaging them about issues because they didn’t respond at all. It seems like they are just doing the bare minimum, out to make money and don’t care about hospitality at all.
