The property is not as modern and polished as the pictures suggest. The road in front of the house is unpaved and becomes muddy, which can be inconvenient. Motorbikes riding all day in front of the house. Additionally, the metal roof makes it quite noisy during heavy rain, which might affect light sleepers.”

Well decorated and very special

You have to be ready to find in the room with insects as it is not perfectly closed (all made of bamboo) and in the middle of the wild.

Wonderful place where you can feel close to nature and relax from the hustle and bustle! clean, everything you need is available. the outdoor bath is fantastic, breakfasts prepared in the outdoor kitchen were a great experience :)

The only drawback is the rather poor security (mainly no padlock for the gate) against a potential thief, we did not feel 100% safe. And there is not so good connection to the beach

Highly recommend this so anyone who wants have a complete island adventure and also want the luxury of staying in an exclusive place in the middle of the jungle and just a few meters away from the ocean. Seb and Dadou gave a detailed pre-check in instructions which made it smooth and hassle free. Everything is as expected. I suggest you read the whole thing to get the same experience 😌 They also provided a guest guide book which is filled with suggestions on where to eat, where to go, rentals, etc. As a solo traveler I love feeling like the place i’m staying at is my home and they totally gave me that experience.

Staying at the bamboo house in Siargao for one night, which I booked at the last minute, turned out to be a super cool experience. When I got there, the first thing I noticed was how awesome the bamboo house looked. It felt really natural and was right in the middle of lots of green and trees. My room was simple, very nice and clean, with a bed that was super comfy to sleep in. What I loved most was how quiet and peaceful it was. Just sitting on the porch, feeling the cool breeze, and listening to the sounds of nature around me made me feel so relaxed. It was a perfect break from the busy life. The bamboo house was also in a great spot for checking out Siargao. It was easy to go out and find beautiful beaches and cool places to see on the island. Even though there was no staff around, everything was set up in a way that made my stay really smooth. It felt like a little adventure, and I had everything I needed. Booking this place last minute was such a lucky find. It was all about enjoying the simple things and being close to nature. If anyone wants to have a chill time in Siargao and experience something different, I'd totally recommend this bamboo house. It made my trip extra special, and I can't wait to go back someday.

I recommend to have scooters to get around, as the restaurants are from 5 to 10 min walk. We rented one from the host they were super responsive and made it easy to arrange so it is not a negative point, but it is worth to be mentioned :)
