No bad points
GBGreat location - beach, pub, convenience shops. Great view from front. Bigger than it looks on pictures, very spacy.
Not wheelchair accessible to back garden, which we didn't realise when booking. Fridge was tiny for a family staying for a week. Smelt a bit damp on arrival - had to keep windows open to air it out. Could do with a little spruce up. But wouldn't stop us coming back.

GBLocation. Amenities close by. Spacious and clean. Warm and comfortable.
Nothing major, just little things. No air fryer or dishwasher. Fridge barely kept anything cold, it was up to the max settings. WiFi was awful, kept dropping off and then was incredibly slow. Netflix/Apple TV and such struggled, buffering and pausing. Not the hosts fault but the water pressure wasn't great for a shower.
