"The location was not disappointing."

Great location.

The room was located at the rear of the building, and there were no lights in this area. Also, there was one washcloth and two towels. The dishes were incomplete with no teaspoons and no saucers. We were unable to use the grill, as it had not been cleaned.

Bed was comfortable, location was good

The host kept on sending me messages nonstop, which was a bit annoying, including about parking late at night. Lack of trust was not very positive in my experience. Did not help us relax. Also, the outside patio could have been cleaned or swept.

"Great location for visiting UCSD"

Private parking and easy access. Clear instructions for check in. I'm sure that if the weather was nicer we would have loved to have our meals out on the porch. The place itself was cozy and had that beach vibe. Walking distance to UCSD is a big plus for visiting prospective students, parents of students or alumni like myself to drown in nostalgia.

We couldn't figure out the TV, but it wasn't too big of a problem since it would have been used for some background noise anyway. The bathroom was pretty small and the sliding doors seemed to offer little privacy.
