We had a problem with the radiators, the apartment was feeling very cold. However the staff/costumer service was very helpful and understanding and helped us change to an apartment with working radiators.

Die Lage war Top. Das Apartment war schön, sauber und hat sein Zweck erfüllt. Hat auch alles mit den Codes geklappt.

Die Betten sind bisschen zu klein.

"Well-located and comfortable apartment."

The location is perfect, you can visit all the main sights by foot. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Great value for the price!

The toilet/bathroom has this Finnish-style system that’s a bit annoying and makes everything wet. Some of the windows were broken and missing blinds to block the light. It was also a bit cold at night.

Saknades porslin och dricksglas o vinglas. Inget toalettpapper. Adressen svår att hitta, trots att taxichauffören kände Helsingfors.

立地は良い。冷蔵庫があったのは幸い。

汚い、臭い。シャワーカーテンはカビがたくさんで洗面所が臭く、洗濯機付きで選んだのに洗濯機を使う気にもならなかった。部屋が臭い、枕が臭いなど改善した方が良いのでは？パン焼き機や湯沸かしポットなども汚くて使う気にならなかった。
