"The PERFECT vacation spot!"

Everything was perfect, so perfect that it needs a new scale as a 10 doesn’t do it justice. The amenities were all exceptional, same as the hosts. The location if great for exploring most of WNC or equally great for just staying put in the relaxing accommodations. A+!

We couldn’t stay longer.

Everything! This place and its hosts were simply amazing. They thought of everything you may need. From the snacks left in the kitchen and everything needed to cook to lavender bath salts and an eye mask left in the bathroom this place was heaven. The things they did to honor our anniversary and my husband’s birthday was so so kind. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The hosts attention to detail was impressive, from the quality bed linens to the super assortment of Asheville-related goodies provided to the guests. We met the hosts and they were very attentive and wanted to make sure everything was perfect (it was!).

"Exceptional"

Loved this place. Stayed in 40 B (downstairs unit)for over a week. It was immaculate. Brilliant attention to detail. The hosts were exceptionally kind and thoughtful, they weren't intrusive, but were readily available and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely welcome basket with wine and beer. Breakfast items and snacks provided, along with personal hygiene items you might have forgotten. Many of the provisions were local to the Asheville area, hand crafted lavender items (bath bombs, oils etc) in bathroom. There was a roomy laundry room, and the hot tub was pristine. Firepit and smores kits provided. Beautiful surroundings but close enough to walk to local (Fletcher) shops and cafe. Swinging couch outside door was a great place to chill and watch the squirrels, chipmunks and birds on the various feeders that were kept refilled. My trip was at the start of the firefly season (which are a novelty when you live in the UK) and the hosts sent out a note so I didn't miss them.

Only slight negative of staying in downstairs unit was noise of people walking across floor in upstairs unit, but easily cancelled by earplugs.
