Stylish 2-Bed apartment in the heart of Cape Town

Grand appartement, bien sécurisé, bien équipé avec lave-linge, bien situé dans le coeur de Cape town, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants.

Logement un peu défraichi , les 2 douches auraient besoin d’un grand lavage, noirceur dans les joints.

This accommodation absolutely disappointed me. During the first day, an unbearable, weird, and super loud noise came out of the sink in one of the rooms. It stopped from time to time but started again, especially at night and early morning hours, making good rest impossible. Only after texting and calling the landlord several times again the next day, a handyman showed up. He said they had the problem before in the other sink, but they can't do anything right now; someone will fix it. Additionally, AC did not work. The property management assured that someone would show up and fix both, but did not during the following two days. As a result, we needed to leave the apartment early cause it was impossible to sleep properly. The communication was at one point non-existent anymore. I can not only recommend not renting it for the problems, but also how problems are handled by the management. They do not care about any problems or your well-being in the apartment. A refund was assured, but it did not arrive until 4 weeks later. Do yourself a favor and don't book this place - there are way nicer in CPT. Additional downsides: No fresh towels, no pool towels or anything The pool is not as on the pictures, really worn down and lot of shade from other buildings Dust from construction and construction materials in the drawers

it need definitely an update, especially furniture.

The location was extremely central and perfect to explore central Cape Town. The apartment was very clean and extreme spacious - we loved our stay.

It was a bit confusing to pick up the keys.

The location was perfect in the centre of Cape Town and the off-street parking was fantastic.

It was quite hard to get ahold of the host on the day of our arrival. Although we have requested early check-in, the keys were not available in gen designated box but host was helpful in resolving.

The location is simply great! We were right in the heart of restaurants, shops, galleries, markets, bars - and for the places we wanted to visit, there was always an Uber 2 minutes away. The apartment was also very nice, with spacious rooms and lots of room for storing things away. Having Netflix and other streaming channels was also a very nice plus (for the end of day, and slower evenings).

A few drawers and closets had "extras", like unused shelves and materials which I think could be stowed elsewhere and out of sight. Also, suggest to properly air out the rooms between one user and next!
