Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt zentral, was die Lage sehr praktisch macht. Die Küche ist mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet – Geschirr, Besteck, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden. Auch das Bad ist funktional und bietet mit Waschmaschine, Stauraum sowie Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen im Flur guten Komfort. Die Kontaktpersonen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sowie das Reinigungspersonal.

Leider ist die Wohnung durch die direkt vor dem Fenster haltenden Busse sehr laut, besonders wenn man bei warmem Wetter die Fenster offen lassen muss, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Für drei Personen ist das Apartment zu klein, denn wenn alle Schlafplätze ausgeklappt sind, bleibt kaum noch Bewegungsfreiheit. Das Zugangssystem empfand ich als sehr umständlich und technisch anspruchsvoll: Ohne stabiles WLAN kann man die Haustür nicht öffnen, was den Check-in unnötig erschwert. Der Schlüsselprozess ist ungewöhnlich und wenig intuitiv – ein Video allein hilft nicht weiter, wenn das WLAN (wie bei uns) schwach ist. Ohne funktionierendes WLAN lässt sich die Haustür nicht öffnen, was einem fast das Gefühl eines Escape Rooms vermittelt, bevor man überhaupt die eigentliche Wohnung betreten kann. Die Eingangstür zur Wohnung selbst wird dann über ein recht "ubekanntes" Schlossprinzip geöffnet, was zusätzlichen Erklärungsbedarf erfordert. Außerdem war die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeber:innen durch mehrere wechselnde Telefonnummern und Ansprechpartner:innen unübersichtlich und etwas mühsam. Zwar erreichte man immer jemanden, der sehr bemüht und höflich war, dazu mussten aber immer alle Nummern über WhatsApp durchgespielt werden.

The property is not accurate for 3 adults. Max 2 adults and one child. The sofa bed is far too small for an adult. On arrival the curtains were off. The shower no pressure and the drains were blocked.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Had to find a hotel in my first night due to the app used to open the door not working, they told me they would refund that night because I had to stay in a hotel.. they haven’t done a thing, please do yourself a favor and do not book, you will regret it your entire stay. I have filed complaints and the host won’t answer me even though he promised to refund me one night which is not cheap, I don’t want any of you to book this, for real and I mean it the worst experience I’ve ever had booking a place in my life. Left me and my family in the streets at 4am NOBODY IS ANSWERING ANYTHING, the host is horrible and booking is worse than I thought, I will ask for a FULL chargeback and a police complaint to shut down this entire rental unit. I couldn’t access for nighta straight costing me 500 euro and walking to find a hotel at 4am with my family…….. not fair the treatment I’m getting from BOTH ENDS.
