[PORTO ROTONDO]Comfort in Centro con Piscina, A/C

Locatie, supermarkt onder het complex, gebruik zwembad met pasje, afval gescheiden afleveren in apart gebouw, rustig en stille locatie, wasmachine, balkon. Strand, baaien te bereiken , ongeveer 1 km tot 1,5 km lopen. Inchecken verliep met Google Translaties, geen probleem. Via whatsapp was er goede correcte communicatie met host. Kleine ruimte, mooi ingericht.

Inchecken , was niet met toegewezen host en was niet volledig qua informatie > pasjes gebruik voor zwembad op het terrein. Gescheiden afval, met pasje > waar te deponeren . Allemaal verzuimd en zelf uit moeten zoeken. Geen lift. Kleine keuken die niet schoon was, kastdeuren plakte. Wc pot was niet schoon. Matras is toe aan vernieuwing, voelde de spiralen!

Wir haben dem Support bereits geschrieben das wir einen Tag nach Ankunft aufgrund der schlechten Qualität der Unterkunft ausgezogen sind. Die Bilder auf Ihrer Bookingseite entsprachen nicht der Realität. Für 4 Personen unbewohnbar.

Nice apartment. Smaller than expected on the photos, good air con etc. Very handy for the supermarket and cafe on the ground floor.

20€ per person charge for linen. 2nd bedroom was on a mezzanine and a bit height restricted, pool didn't open on the day we wanted to use it. Photos make the apartment look a bit bigger than it was and view FD ROM the balcony is the car park for the shopping centre below.

Nice decorated, good location

The apartment is beautifully decorated and centrally located in Porto Rotondo, which was a plus. However, there were several important issues that made our stay less enjoyable, especially as we were traveling with a toddler and a baby. The listing description is quite misleading — it mentions mountain, pool, and city views, but the actual view is of the main road and the supermarket directly below the apartment. The apartment is on the second floor with no lift, which made it very difficult to manage with a stroller. Getting in and out was a daily struggle and very inconvenient. The noise from the street was constant and quite disturbing, especially for young children trying to nap or sleep at night. The balcony also didn’t match the photos — the furniture was dirty and old, and there was an unexpected mesh barrier that felt out of place. Overall, while the flat itself is nice and the location is convenient, the lack of a lift, the noise, and the misleading views made the stay far from relaxing.
