El Rincón Nazarí - Vistas a la Alhambra y terraza

Het grote comfortabele appartement bevindt zich op één van de mooiste plekken van de stad. Het dakterras met zicht op het Alhambra, is echt een toevoeging. Prettige pallet kachel.

Er is niet zoveel op aan te merken, behalve dan dat de wasmachine niet werkte.

La estufa no funcionaba bien, al rato de enchufarla se apagaba y el último día ya ni funacionaba. Muchísimo frío la ventana no cerraba entraba todo el agua y me mojo parte de la ropa. Saltana la luz con frecuencia y no tiene televisión. Las escaleras bastante peligrosas

Las vistas eran impresionantes

We loved staying here, great views of the Alhambra in a quiet street; nicely placed to either go into town or up into the Albayzin or Sacramonte. The apartment is lovely and contains everything for a perfect self-catering break. Hostinn Homes (the property managers), we're very responsive over Whatsapp to any questions we had. I'd highly recommend a stay here and hope to go again some day.

La ubicación es excelente, bajando la calle de la vivienda te encuentras con varios bares y supermercados con los que puedes abastecerte fácilmente. Además que la cercanía a la Alhambra te dejaba con buenas vistas

Experiencia poco recomendable. Es absolutamente imposible estar allí en los meses de verano. No pudimos aprovechar el alojamiento porque no se podía estar dentro, hasta tal punto que tuvimos que dormir en el sofá. Antes de ir, como habíamos leído nuevos comentarios que decían lo mismo, llamamos por teléfono y nos dijeron que nos aseguraban un ventilador. Bien, pues el tercer dia tuvimos que acabar llamando a Booking porque se negaban a traernos uno. La limpieza algo carente, además (sobre todo suelo, sábanas y algunos utensilios de la cocina). No podemos recomendar esta opción en absoluto.

The views of the Alhambra are stunning and the place is very charming. It’s right in the old city center w small and narrow streets, ideal for those who juts like to wander and explore. Would have loved to stay our full reservation but our first night was an awful experience, which is unfortunate.

I was so excited to this place. Unfortunately we had a horrible experience, we were 3 (my parents and I) and we had a late check-in (8pm). The room was not prepared for three person; no towels nor bed linens, and there was this weird pellet stove with no instructions to heat the place, no pellets to fuel it. I called and messaged to fix this and they insisted that the pellet stove had plenty of fuel. When we arrived back from dinner around 10pm we looked again but there were no pellets and the fire stove wouldn’t turn on. This was the only way to heat the place and that night was -3°. At 10pm they closed customer assistance so they refused to help us and said “first thing in the morning no matter what”. My parents are over 75yrs old and we had to wear our outdoor clothes and use extra towels on the bed to keep warm. In the morning, no one came… even after I called and messaged; completely ghosted us. Only after we called Booking to demand a refund they responded saying someone was on the way (this was 1pm). We already left to another hotel because we were so miserably cold. They finally called me around 4pm and said the guy checked and we had all our necessary pellets for the stove but it was our fault because we decided to already leave. Whether this was true or not, we were ignored and neglected and spent the whole night and morning cold and sick. Both my parents got a horrible flu the rest of our vacation.
