"Other than that it was a nice room other than doing renovations on the place."

The quiet the cleanliness. The location is nice close to Restaurants and stores.
Our tv took and hour to fix, the hot water didn’t get hot, phone wasn’t working. Our towels never got replaced.

"Easy, quick Montrose stop."

For a quick stopover in Montrose, this was an excellent spot. Gas, groceries, and a few restaurants all within walking distance, which was great to stretch the legs after a long drive. There was ample parking for my moving truck too.

La réactivité de la personne de la réception pour nous changer de chambre car le lit de la chambre fournie était cassé.
Changement de chambre car le lit de la 1ère chambre était cassé / Dans la nouvelle chambre : les toilettes et la douche n'avaient pas été nettoyées, une prise sur 2 ne fonctionnaient pas, le wifi non plus (la personne de la réception à dû nous donner son propre code), la moquette qui sentait mauvais, le chauffage également à la mise en route, l'ascenseur détérioré, bref, je ne comprends même pas comment Booking peur proposer cet hôtel.
