"Yes, we are 100 % disappointed ! First time experience tv not working!"

Close to mall

It was Not cleaned properly when we checked in. Empty shampoo containers, others were still in the bathroom. No toilet papers just for first day arrival. No instructions to operate tv. The 3 days ( of the 4 days) stay, no television, we are not asking for a smart tv. Owner/ host were blaming the network/ sky provider. They sent technician , he was able to make it work for 1 day! Next day not working again. On our 4th night, my nephew who has tech/ It qualification made it work.. no problem, he claimed they were pulling our leg.. they Should not blame the provider! Why they did not provide operating manual?? The owner stated we can move out if we are not satisfied, the condo rental is cheap anyway! Horrible reason! Imagine the inconvenience if we looked for another accom.. packing things again , also my husband is not well. Owner implied we a why complain so much, we have a good deal! Really! DON’t ADVERTISE YOUR PROPERTY IF IT IS NOT IN ORDER. We will claim at least 2 days refund from booking.com for the inconvenience.
