The property is stunning. Very clean and tidy, modern and comfortable. Incredible views of the pool and the sea/beach. They left a little care package in the room with soaps/wine/coffee etc. We really enjoyed it, it’s not really that far at all from the centre, walk along the beach and you’re at the old town in like 10 minutes. Location wise it’s brilliant, super quiet and peaceful but walkable to town or like €8 for a taxi. We would go again and stay again at Sunset drive. The beds were so comfortable, I must ask what mattress they used because I slept so well every night. I would definitely recommend!

The only thing we missed was the adult pool and bar was closed, I assume because we went late March and it opens later in the season. Getting and returning the keys was a bit annoying but we were made aware of this, so we just planned it so that we got some food around the old town whilst waiting to collect them.

Apartment complex is lovely and the apartments was clean and comfortable especially the beds. I have no complaints about the apartment but it is the rental agents BenidormBooking.com that are the real issue!

when we arrived at 8pm at the property we then had to travel 5.2 km in a taxi (return trip 11 euros) to pick up the key. While there my mum had her bag stolen in a bar and we had to book another two days in an apartment one floor down as we needed to get emergency documents to fly…again we had to taxi to the office to drop the keys to our old apartment and then wait 5.5 hours to get the keys to our 2nd apartment as check in is 4.30pm . we explained what had happened with our stolen belongings and the staff member said he would speak to the cleaners and hopefully we can check in earlier and he would ring us. this would never happen as the office is closed between 2pm and 4.30pm . we arrived at 4.30pm to be told the room was not ready! the gentleman on the desk didn’t seem to care very much and there was clearly no communication with the cleaners which they appear to sub contract in. The morning we flew home again we had to get a taxi to the office and back (another 12 euros) to drop the keys and then they deducted 70 euros for one set of keys that was taken when my mums bag was stolen ..(no email or message to let me know what they were taking) I have messaged them on this platform asking them to send proof what the 70 euros was for, so I can claim on insurance and no response…. Shocking customer service! There are other rental companies on the complex and we will use them in future …
