Cozy apartment with great location.

The cleaning of the apartment was not done properly in our case.

Emplacement idéal, à 3 min à pied de la gare de Bergen. Parfait pour une étape dans la ville de Bergen, à 15 min de Bryggen. Literie confortable et notre hôte a accepté gentillement que nous partions 1 h plus tard le lendemain. Très bon contact avec elle.

Le logement est un appartement situé dans un sous-sol semi enterré. Les équipements dans la cuisine pourraient être plus complets. Il y avait seulement 4 chaises, 4 fourchettes et nous étions 5....

I hate everything about this property especially the management team, not professional, and not honest. Checking instruction is unclear, seems like there manage a few properties and don’t really know what they’re doing. Key box code they sent us was not working and we have to stand under the rain 40 mins waited to get in. Their phone number is not registered and could not be contacted. We were on the message with them for a long time, every time they said “let me contact the management team and will get back to you…then never done any solution” later on they sent the message to say sorry, and apologised but nothing was fixed. Washing machine is not working even I checked before I booked the place and they confirmed that it’s working in good condition, during our stay they still confirmed it’s working, I sent them the video show it’s not working then they again said they will report the management team but that’s it! the place full of dust, sofa full of crumbs, some water glass and mug are already cracked, the entry and courtyard full of leaves and very slippery as it’s wet from the rain and leaves are everywhere seems like never cleaned since autumn. Nothing like the photo. We couldn’t stay our last night and can’t wait to check out. We informed them that we are leaving and not stay for the last night, we left the property already and later on they sent us the check out process, seems like copy from some where else, told us to put all dirty dishes and cutlery in the dishwasher which this property did not have the dishwasher. They also told us to throw the trash in outside bin but there was not outside bin. I sent them the photo also then they apologised. We left this property in the nice way, cleaned and washed everything and never thought twice to return here again. Don’t booked here and read the bad reviews before you booked because those are right information that you need to know about this place.

The apartment is within walking distance to all main central points in the city. It has the necessary amenities including a kitchenette and a fridge, two separate bedrooms and comfortable beds.

It’s a basement apartment, which I didn’t notice when I booked.
