The place was very neat and our surroundings were quiet. My partner and I work with people ,(children) on a daily and we could rest in pea ce.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable,. The apartment is perfectly located, close to the sea, with a lovely sea view from the balcony and close to shops and restaurants. We even enjoyed music and Salsa dancing at Mojo Market which is within walking distance from the apartment. The hosts communicated clearly and responded very promptly.

The only concern was the balcony wall which is quite low. A metal structure could easily be added to raise the balcony and make it feel safer.

Fantastic loft apartment in the best location of Seapoint. Just a stone throw away from the beach and a variety of grocery stores and restaurants. The finishes of this high ceiling loft are modern, clean and very practical. Large kitchen, lounge and sleeping space included.

That fact that the stay ended after 4 days.
