Staff non co-perative. While loading our luggage to vehicle at morning 04.00AM they just dumped our luggage outside their gate and closes the gate. We were standing in road with our huge luggage till arrival of our vehicle. We only loaded our luggage. All of us wew senior citizens. This disappointed too much.

Staff to be cooperative with customers.

I liked the location. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean.

Got to the hotel at the hour I told them was going to be there. The door was closed. After five minutes calling them they came downstairs and said they couldn´t allow me because I was european. They kicked me out like a dog.

A good location. Food was good but very oily. So a buffet could be arranged to avoid food wastage.

There was no coffee or milk satchets in the room. For 3days stay only 2milk powder satchet was provided. Kettle was dirty,could get it cleaned. Flask in which tea was brought was dirty too. So couldn't enjoy tea in any way. If kettle is clean, people can have their morning tea/coffee.

Location was good because it was very near to my work place. As far as the breakfast is concerned, it was ok but very oily. Tea could have been better. What I appreciate is all about the staff. They were very co-operative .

The facilities provided could be improved. Like coffee satchets and milk powder satchets should be provided along with tea bags just like other hotels. Water and tea/ coffee should be replenished everyday without fail. Breakfast can be improved and most importantly the tea. The flask in which the tea is given should be cleaned.

I liked the facilities most, very neat and clean. The staffs are very friendly. big size rooms will stay again if I come back again.

Location was pretty good

Bedsheets were stained, the upkeep and maintenance of the room was horrible. I was charged 500 extra. booking.com has no control over its hotels
