Near the centrooo

In short, the apartment does meet all of our expectations. The Location was also great. As we mainly outside visited the city during the day and came back for chilling and sleep, the apartment has nothing to complain about. It was comfortable in general.

Location of the apartment, everything is in walking distance.

There was a strong, smelly odor on the landing. The upholstered furniture (sofa, armchairs) needed cleaning. There were mushrooms growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. The sofa was broken but they fixed it for us. No soundproofing.

Good location and clean premisses. Well equipped as well.

One cosmetics bag was forgotten in the bathroom. While contacting the contact person to see how we could get it back, he told is it was not found there. That is unacceptable for a property management in 2024. There is no doubt the bag was forgotten there.

The entrance was to dark.
