It was in a good location The man who came to let me in was helpful

The room booked was not the room given - it was on the ground floor not with a balcony The fridge was old The tv was not the hi tech one shown but an old one The room was damp The room was was not secure with gaps in the door & a damage lock The bed was an old and not the nice looking one on the pictures The parking was behind a van & meant the car was sticking out onto the road Had I not been in a situation where I had no choice than to stay because of time I would have requested a refund as I know the whole place was fully booked
