2 bdr apartment next to the beach in Puerto Banús

The property was very spacious with a really large terrace and two other balconies. The location of the property was great, on the beachfront and a short walk to shops and restaurants. We arrived by car and it was easily accessed from the main A-7 road with onsite parking. Banus Rentals who manage the property were extremely helpful, especially when we had an issue with the designated parking space.

The bathrooms, kitchen and paintwork were all a bit tired and could do with a refresh.

Location and view and the Urbanización were all excellent.

A apartamencie dostępne jest dosłownie wszystko co możemy posiadać we własnym domu. Nie brakowało chemii, przypraw, nietypowych sztuccy czy garnków co pozwalało swobodnie gotować i piec w piekarniku. Podwójne miejsce parkingowe z winda.

Zapach w kuchni, która nie posiada wentylacji. Niestety chyba po poprzednich lokatorach przez 3 dni unosił sie odór. Male drzwi balkonowe sa nieszczelne przez co przy silnym wietrze obijają sie o futrynę i hałasują - szybka naprawa, zwracam uwagę na usterkę. Mialem problem ze zlokalizowaniem miejsca po zarezerwowaniu, sposób na odebranie kluczy również nie był czytelny.

The location is amazing, plus views from the apartment were fantastic.

There is nothing to dislike

źle podany adres dojazdu do apartamentu, do szlabanu i portiera. Sporo czasu jeździliśmy i szukaliśmy obiektu

Great location for Puerto Banús and a great view. The apartment was perfect for 2 people. The complex is safe and secure and was just right for our short stay. WiFi was good.
