USThe house was extremely clean. Beds and linens were clean and new. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials which made us feel at home quickly. The location was great with it being around the corner from Sainsbury’s. The local point of contact was very responsive via text and even brought us a few extra sheets when I had asked for them for the crib.
Furnishings were old, albeit, in good condition. The house could use a bit of a refresh, in particular the carpet and flooring. The upstairs bathroom has clearly been redone and it’s beautiful but we were very disappointed that the shower was not working as we needed it to. The water came out either scalding hot or ice cold with no in between. This essentially made it unusable except for baths. There is an extra shower downstairs with great water pressure but it is tiny!

No teatowels or oven gloves. No hand towels in the downstairs shower room or the kitchen. Water too hot, no instruction books.

The thing that I didn't like there was a smell of wood in two of the bed rooms. It could be better if there’s a bath mat in the bathroom.
