Overall services was good.. food was excellent.

Need to improve in room services.

There was really nothing much to like at this hotel. The al carte food we ordered was very tasty and well prepared. Breakfast is an Indian veg buffet and is OK. The staff do try their best to help wherever possible. There is onsite parking.

We had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. The telephone in the room that was allocated didn’t work. The 2nd room they gave us didn’t have a luggage rack. Where is one supposed to keep your bags. We had to use the table. So, we were short of table space. The safe didn’t work. It took 2 days to finally repair it. They obviously dont check all the facilities in the room before allocating it to a guest. The toilet in this room was tiny. When I complained that some evenings we didn’t have hot water, they said you have to let the water run for 10 minutes to get hot water. What a waste of water. The body and hand wash soap were of poor quality. The sofa in the room was stained. The leather of the writing table chair was torn. The restaurant chairs were stained and paint was peeling off. This should have been informed to us in advance. If we were aware that credit card is not accepted, we would not have booked this hotel. As an international visitor we don’t have access to PayTM or any other Indian online facility. It took a good 45 minutes to sort this out as the reservation guy had to provide us with a link for payment. All in all, I think the communication between the departments is very poor. I had to remind them that I had paid a 50% advance. We paid over US$ 72 plus taxes for this hotel. A total waste of money. The hotel is desperately in need of a refurbishment. Everything is jaded and old. Will never stay at this hotel ever again.

THE AC wasn't working. When confronted, the manager told that there's a problem in the city! If there's a problem and you don't have a generator then you should give a refund!

Room centralised AC exhaust duct was noisy.
