Mercedes was very nice. Lovely terrace. Great location. Very comfortable bed and lots of cooking utensils. Excellent value for money

The best: Mercedes, she was wonderful! The second most divine part of my stay: the terrace. Mercedes received me even during after-hours because I had missed my train connection and he showed me around and how everything worked in the apartment. She even helped me to wash my clothes. The bed, the towels, and the sheets smelled wonderful; and the flat is well equipped with kitchen utensils, a big fridge, sofa, two beds, a desk, various night lamps, and air-conditioning. The terrace has a magnificent view of the La Giralda tower, and very confortable garden furniture. That terrace was just magic. I wish I had been longer there and finish my book. Despite being in the center of the main attraction in Sevilla, the flat was very quiet and never had issues with the noise at night.

I liked everything, and actually wanted to stay longer, but had been booked by someone else. I have read complaints before about the bathroom, and yes, it is small. Yet, its super functional. I did not have any issues with it. I read as well, complains about the staircases, but my thoughts are: Sevilla is a medieval city at the end of all and its houses may have "funky" designs, but that's part of the charm! Charming terrace flat looked after by beautiful people

The view from the roof top was amazing. The location of the apartment superb. Bed very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean towels.

The whole place felt a little 'tired' - the shower 'room' was like something out of a caravan and the bi-fold door (which wasn't attached at the top hinge) opened straight into the kitchen area. There was a musty smell throughout the property - not a damp smell - more of a drain smell. Everything in the kitchen and shower room felt as though it could do with a good clean - tiles, crockery, pans, utensils and so on. The cost of the stay was quite high - presumably due to the location rather than the quality of the accommodation.
