Apartamento en Viña del Mar

Fabulous views from the balcony. Very comfortable, light and airy. Very well equipped- Great that they supplied washing up liquid, pods for the washing machine etc as not all places do. A safe in the wardrobe- plenty of hangers and storage. Ironing board and iron. They also left us a lovely bottle of wine and bottle of water. We found it very clean and well looked after. Quick response to queries.

The noise from the nearby motorway (from about 5.30am- 11.30pm)and bus station (buses reversing) was loud and worse when the windows were open or sitting on the balcony. By the end of the week I think we were getting used to it! This was a shame as it has incredible views. 5pm check in is quite late although we were able to get in sooner as cleaners finished sooner and no luggage store. Also noticed no air con so probably be uncomfortable in hotter months- we went January so air con not needed although they did have a large upright plug in fan. When we checked out we had to leave keys in apartment and close door behind us but you need the key to get out the secure gated complex so had to hope we timed it for someone else leaving, which luckily we did.

The location was great! Just off the main strip so wasn’t noisy at all but close enough to get to things super quickly!! Really great apartment, lovely and clean!

Bardzo przyjemne mieszkanie wyposażone w niezbędne rzeczy . Bardzo miłe powitanie przez właściciela, oprowadzenie po mieszkanku i wyjaśnienie wszystkiego. Polecam Dalius. Blisko do plaży, deptaków ze sklepami i restauracjami. Szybki wyjazd na autostradę. Miejsce parkingowe mimo rezerwacji nie zawsze dostępne ale przy odrobinie szczęścia znajdziecie.

The location of the apartment is excellent. Very close to the main promenade but quiet at the same time. Located in a Safe area with a supermarket around the corner. Apartment was very clean and everything you need is there. There is a pool which was very quiet and relaxing and on site parking also. The apartment is modern and stylish. The bed is very comfortable. The communication with the host was brilliant, Jasmin was very warm and pleasant and would try her best to accommodate you if at all possible.

Not much to dislike, if I was nit-picking the couch isn't that comfortable to sit on. No air con so I'd imagine in the summer could be quiet warm.

Bel appartement assez récemment rénové avec du bon matériel, un équipement et accessoire très complets pour y trouver tout le nécessaire et même plus. Il y a même une climatisation dont nous n'avons pas eu besoin en cette période hivernale. Un joli balcon avec vue sur la piscine et la mer en arrière plan. Situation géographique parfaite entre Las Americas et Adeje et proche de la plage des commerces, restaurants et des centres d'intérêt.

Rien. Si on cherche vraiment un point négatif, la route à l'avant du bâtiment qui mène au SIAM Park est un peu bruyante sur le balcon.
