L'ascensore arriva fino al piano precedente
DEITPosizione eccellente a 2 minuti esatti dal centro di città vecchia lipscani . Zona centrale con tutti i servizi . Bar supermercati , fermate bus e metro . Al 7°piano cn ascensore , palazzo datato ma l appartamento è come si vede in foto . Accogliente dotato di ciò che serve per soggiornare qualche giorno . Letto in camera comodo , cambierei solo i cuscini e ne metterei di un po piu grandi (ma forse quelle sono le dimensioni che usano loro ) . E in soggiorno nel divano letto lenzuola un po piu grandi da coprire tt il materasso . Ad ogni modo lo consiglio .....
Unica pecca il bagno . Molto piccolo e doccia un po scomoda. Per il resto tutto perfetto .

Building is old (like other buildings in the area, but I would like to know in advance. The stairway smells of smokes all the time. You have to keep the water in the shower running for long minutes to get hot water and then it's a wonderful shower.
AUApartment was clean and a washing machine a bonus. The owner was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. There is a large Carrefour supermarket 5 minutes walk away.
People with luggage need to consider that there are several stairs from the gate to the elevator and another flight of stairs from the 6th floor where the elevator stops to the apartment which is on the 7th floor. The lack of lighting between floors could be an issue at night. Also the two elevators are very old and clunky and we were stuck between floors on one occasion for 20 minutes before the maintenance crew arrived to get us out. This is no reflection on the owner as they service numerous apartments in the block.
ESLocație foarte buna aproape de metrou autobuz supermarket etc... Recomandat 100/100 pentru pereche, familie cu 2-3 copii e perfect.
DEDer Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, hat erlaubt unsere Koffer schon früher in Appartement zu bringen. Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, alles vorhanden, was man für gemütliche Zeit braucht. Zentrale Lage. Trotz viel Verkehr sind die Fenster gut isoliert und könnte man problemlos schlafen. Immer gerne wieder!
