Brand new! 3BR Modern Private Villa in South Ubud

The villa was neat and clean .Everything is good and same as shown in pic. 15 minutes to the waterfall

Bed room size was small and there is no ac in the living area it is open and location wise it is scary at night .it is very dark outside middle of the jungle and far from ubud market and palace about half an hour distance

Clean and modern Villa Beds were comfortable Staff were kind and helpful. They were very attentive

a bit too far from Ubud centre and it’s not on grab maps yet but nevertheless it was still a good experience

The villa was very spacious with aircons in each room and pool was great.

The villa definitely needs professional cleaning before each guest.

The villa looks exactly like the photos. It was clean and neat upon check in. One of the staff, Kadek was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed at the villa. In terms of location, it was 25 - 30 min from Ubud central, which wasn't too bad because we had our own vehicle. So, if you plan to stay here, you should consider renting a vehicle as there isn't much to see or do in this area.

Due to its open plan design, you will find some lizards and insects around but this was to be expected. The parking space is impossible to use as the driveway to the villa is too narrow for a vehicle to turn into.

Very poor choice of places to go due to the location. No cleaning daily. They never change our towels or provide us with more toilet roll. Honestly, it was quite dissappointed.

The pool was very nice and the property was very well kept. Its very private, and beautiful.

property did not have an iron. It would have been good to have one.
