the staff are very hospitable and try to help.

The entrance is right opposite a garbage dump - it’s actually filthy outside. the reception reeks of urine. The elevators are stuff of nightmares - I have pics. The room was decently clean although the sheets had dried in stains. Their food menu is limited and even the tray they brought the food in was layered with stains - it’s like they have given up trying to maintain and upkeep the place. There were huge cockroaches running, thankfully, outside my room door. This is totally not worth the money they charge or maybe this is now the new standard in India.
