Hotel BKC Inn - Near Trade Center, Visa Consulate

nothing very un tidy

everywhere there is dust and garbage

I wouldn't say I like anything at this hotel. I want a refund. worst stay experience to date. room description doesn’t match the actual rooms. no parking is available. the whole neighborhood is too dirty. We had to park next to a garbage put. they made us shift 2-3 times at night as the acs were not working. and finally landed in the smallest room in the hotel. we were so tired in the night and had already made the payment so continued with the stay. no toiletries were provided. no hot water for the shower. This place just ruined the entire trip for us

Lift. - only 1 lift with 6 people capacity on the 10-floor building. 2nd one not working for a long back. Room - room was very much conjusted that we could not put our bags correctly and there was no chair at all Without chairs, we can not eat at the table. We have to send it down near the bathroom because no space is available in the room whatever I saw in the property photos on the website while booking that was not at all.

Hotel Location and staff not that helpful.

nothing it was just a sacrifice of our trip because of booking.com fault i chose this property and it was pathetic
