AUThe View and location. The staff at the front desk were wonderful, particularly Wendy.
Total lack of facilities for elderly people, particularly with mobility issues. The space from the corner of the bed to the cupboard is about 100mm. You cant even open the cupboard door. Kitchen utensils is a joke. we had to buy our own.

There was quite a disturbance with the Mosque at 5 in the morning. I respect the culture and their prayer time, however it was extremely loud and did wake a person.
