Plenty of space, good location and free parking.

Shower in the upstairs en-suite was not mounted correctly and needed to be hand held.

All of it. A couple of small things raised were sorted immediately. The host was very good at communicating.

Ideal location for getting into town! It was a perfect layout for our family including kids, parents, and grandparents. Very quiet, rooms were comfortable and clean. The videos explaining how to get in the house when we first arrived and how some of the appliances worked were very helpful!

We had to boost the hot water when more than one or two of us were taking a shower at a similar time--even when two of us showered in the evening, the next morning there didn't seem to be enough how water for a third person to shower. We figured out the system as the week went on though!

The property was compact but was well equipped and had the number of bedrooms we needed. It was located where we wanted to be in Canterbury.

Very small issue but neighbours car in their allocated space makes rear access through back gate a little tight.
