Close to Warwick University - Clover Way by Tŷ SA

We choose the property because closed to the university, it will make easier to go to the graduation that we’d like to attend

The property it self ok, but We confirmed we will arrived at 3 pm, the fact is we arrived around 16:30 and the house is not ready for us… after long journey and jetlag you just want to rest

The location was quite and comfortable to go to Warwick Un by Uber, but outside of the compound, it's pretty poor, and a lot of drug addicts and drunkies sit in the children's playground so we oftern had to avoid it in late afternoon. The layout of the apartment should be really good, but since it's not taken care of, it's really not in a good condition - shelves, tables, lamps falling here and there. TV has Netflix, there is an iron, Nespresso machine, big fridge and a nice terrace

The property is worn out, no one takes proper care of it - it was terribly dirty and we couldn't even clean it as there was nothing available. We complained and got a vacuum cleaner on day 3 in a 5 days stay. Towels are 1 each for bath and only 1 for everyone to dry hands/face, same for feet. After request , we were refused additional towels and had to order some on Amazon and wash as well. Oven was broken, and there were many items around the house, too. Cutlery inexistent, looks like kitchen is filled with remains of unwanted staff. We were also fooled by the check out time (during checking online this agency asks you to do and pay deposit for it says 11am whilst booking.com said 10am), so we were charged additional money for 2hrs extra stay rather than 1. Also staying these 2 extra hours was a huge story - my kid was sick and I couldn't leave earlier that we needed to go to take a train so I had to fight and beg the service to allow us these 2hrs in property. The shower had unmanageable hot water, which we had to solve ourselves as service never came. It was such a terrible experience, especially with a 2 years old baby. I do not recommend it to anyone
